Currency- something that is used as a medium of exchange; money.
Foreclosures- the act of foreclosing a mortgage or pledge.

Dow jones- an indicator of stock market prices; based on the share values of30 blue-chip stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange; "theDow Jones Industrial Average is the most widely cited indicator ofhow the stock market is doing"
Day trader – to buy and sell a listed security or commodity on the same day,usually on margin, for a quick profit.
Mutual funds – an investment company that issues shares continuously and isobligated to repurchase them from shareholders on demand.
Brokerage- the commission of a broker
Derivatives – is a financial instrument (or, more simply, an agreement between two parties) that has a value, based on the expected future price movements of the asset to which it is linked—called the underlying such as a share or a currency.
